There are non-refundable charges assessed should you CANCEL your workshop:

  • MORE THAN seven (7) days prior to your scheduled training date: $200.
  • WITHIN one (1) to seven (7) days prior to your scheduled workshop: $250.
  • If you do not cancel your workshop prior to the workshop date, we CANNOT refund any of your workshop fee.
  • Should you need to RESCHEDULE due to an unforeseen conflict, we will do our best to accommodate you. We ask that you inform us at least eight (8) days prior to your workshop date if you need to reschedule. A rescheduling fee of $150 will apply if you reschedule one (1) to seven (7) days prior to your workshop date.
  • Should we need to cancel class due to weather or emergency you will receive a credit for your class good for one (1) year. We may substitute a private class if need be.
  • Trainers may determine that tardy students be required to retake the workshop.
  • If you fail to meet the required objectives, you will be required to retake the Workshop. Failed students may retake the Workshop one time for no charge.
